Bigfoot Sugar Cookie

3/4 cup sugar

1 egg

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

FROSTING:

1/3 cup butter, softened

2 cups confectioners’ sugar

1 teaspoon rum extract

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 to three tablespoons half-and-half cream

Floor nutmeg (Bigfoot’s secret spice)

Instructions

1. In a big bowl, cream butter and sugar till gentle and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Mix the flour, nutmeg and salt; regularly add tocreamed combination and blend nicely.

2. Divide dough into 14 items. Form every portion right into a 12-in. x 1/2-in.-thick rope. Minimize ropes into 2-in. items. Place 2 in. aside on greased bakingsheets.
